If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

How our guarantee works:

You can try the product to experience its benefits.
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
Returns may be accepted on opened items that have been reasonably used to test the product.
Unopened products are eligible for a full refund.
Used products may be eligible for a partial refund depending on the amount used.
To start a return, simply contact our support team for assistance.

Return Conditions:

Proof of purchase is required.
Items should be returned in their original packaging where possible.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Please note if it has been over 30 days from the date you received your item(s), then we are unable to accept your return.

We will refund items if they are damaged when received, please send us a picture of the item to Evrluxe@gmail.com and one of our customer service team members will get back to you within 2 business days.
